README.md

Winter Bliss

This is my first game. It is a fairly chill game about cross-country skiing. Don't expect speed, or excitement, or races. This is about focus, relaxation, and enjoying the repetitive motions.

Initially I wanted to make a 3D game, but everyone recommends one starts with a 2D game, so I started with this. My goal is to remake this as the 3D game I wanted to build in the first place. It should feel pretty similar, only with much better and flexible environments.

Pixel Pete's pixel art tutorials were extremely useful. Pixel art was done in Aseprite.
